What we collect

The only information collected on this site is what you type into the booking form: your name, business or venue, email address, phone number, event date, location, event type, budget range, and your message.

How it is used

Booking details are used solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange a performance. They are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are sent securely to Seth Cronic Music by email and stored in a private database that only the site owner and the site's developer can reach. Your email address is set as the reply address so Seth can respond to you directly.

Cookies and tracking

No advertising pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are installed. Essential hosting and security cookies may still be set by the hosting and security platform, and basic hosting logs record standard request information such as IP address and browser type. A scrambled, one-way version of your IP address is stored with a booking request purely to limit automated spam. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.

You can ask for your inquiry details to be deleted at any time by emailing sethcronicmusic1@gmail.com.
